About Our Founder

After 20 years of working in roles ranging from Director of Organizational Development to International Sales Leadership, Tom ventured into fractional consulting to solve the perpetual need of SMB's. All too often scaling and growing companies need multifaceted expertise but can't afford to hire FT staff for each need. As someone who enjoys varied tasks and challenges, the fractional role is a perfect fit for Tom.
